Cecily and I already ride to work every day but we have found that we are rethinking going on long day trips on the weekend to mountain bike, and rather we are going road riding or running or mountain biking nearer to town.
Are you commuting more?
Are you mountain biking as much?
What other activities are you doing that might burn less dinosaur bones?
