Mount Rainier

Over the weekend Brooke, Chris S., Cecily and I travelled up to the Mount Rainier area of Washington State.  We rode the Palisades and Sun Top (which contains part of the Skooum Flats Trail) trails. These were amazing! Some the very best and hardest trails I have ever ridden! These trails are IMBA epics and I see why.

The elevation profile from Chris' GPS said that we climbed well over 9000' in 50 miles over two days. It was amazing. Thanks Chris and Brooke for showing us these great trails.

Now I'm really jealous and wish I could've made that trip for sure...  Thanks for rubbing it in. Next summer this one is on the must do list.

Looks like lots of double track...

Until I scrolled further to the right.  The single track and scenery look fun!

The climbs were double track

But the downhills were all wonderful single track.
