Tilly Ride - Storey Burn/Roger's Camp/Gales Creek

JD and I are riding the fantastic Storey Burn/Roger's Camp/Gales Creek ride in the Tilly tomorrow. Anyone who wants to join us is welcome to. The three trails combine into an awesome ride that gives you a great variety of fun trail in one ride: Flowey, rooty, tight, twisty, technical, "up," and "down" 18 miles that you end with a rippin' 4+ miles of crazy bugs-in-your-teeth downhill.

We will be leaving from my condo in NW at 10:00 and stopping breifly for any carpoolers at the back (west) parking lot at the Cornelius Road House (McMenamins) @ 10:30. We estimate we'll be at the trailhead at 11:15ish. Please let us know if you are coming so we look out for you; if we don't know you're coming and there's no one at the parking lot, we're movin' on to the trailhead.

We will be starting at the Gales Creek Day Use lot off of Hwy 6 and taking off on the Storey Burn Trail. Storey Burn links into the Roger's Camp Loop (AKA: Brown's Camp; now officially the Historic Hiking Trail). We will do the Roger's Camp Loop and then finish with the Gales Creek Trail which will give us our rippin' downhill back to our starting point.
