riding the Capital Forest riders 2007 "Sick Puke" ride route. Meet at Jantzen Beach Safeway Sunday morning at 7am. Please plan to be gone all day.

The trails are great come on up!!
There is some damage from the past winter storms that you should know about. The bridge crossing the creek at Margaret McKenney is gone, this is at the start of the ride, so you may want to alter the ride a bit or ford the stream. Also #3 is washed out just north of trail #30. Gone completely. see capitolforest.com for the pics, the slide is 1.5mi long. There are options. Almost anyone on the CFMB yahoo group can help with a re route.
